The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience with a diverse array of traditional Austrian dishes, truly capturing the essence of the region's cuisine. Frau Pichler's warm welcome and engaging personality added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel right at home.One of the standout features was the availability of e-bikes for guests, allowing us to effortlessly explore the picturesque surroundings and embark on scenic bike rides along the Danube. The proximity to the Danube beach just a few meters away was a wonderful bonus, providing a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The hotel's attention to detail, from the well-maintained garden area to the comfortable room amenities, truly set it apart.Furthermore, the convenient location of the sister hotel opposite the ships' docking area added a unique charm to our experience, making it convenient to explore the area without any hassle. The accommodating staff, coupled with the delicious breakfast offerings, made our stay truly memorable. Landhotel Wachau exceeded my stringent criteria in every aspect, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Austrian hospitality amidst stunning natural surroundings.
